Culmore Clinic Receives CCFP Funding!

Culmore Clinic is very pleased to announce our new contract with Fairfax County’s Consolidated Community Funding Pool (CCFP) which will go into effect for FY25 and will go through FY26. CCFP is a competitive funding process for human services programs run by nonprofits in our County. The funding allocated serves as an investment and catalyst for strengthening the human services network of programs available for Fairfax County residents. Over the next two years we will receive over $300,000 from this partnership and we are immensely grateful. These funds will help us continue our work in responding to the health disparity in our community by offering focused medical and mental health care. The funding of Culmore Clinic demonstrates Fairfax County's commitment to a thriving community by improving health and advancing health equity for residents by expanding access to primary healthcare for adults without health insurance or affordable healthcare.
